*** 2:30 Pm Registration opens, rider numbers issued

(Riders will conspicuously place numbers on the front of motorcycle.)

*** 3:00 Pm Mandatory Riders Meeting and course walk through

​

*** 3:00 Pm- until Registration OPEN, Skills, Slow Ride are OPEN for practice. 

​

*** 3:00 pm-10:00 pm All courses (except Challenge) are open for practice.

​

*** 5:00 pm-9:00 pm Slow ride course is OPEN for competition.

           

 

Saturday, October 20, 2018    (Deep South Focus/ Photography on site)

 

8:00 am Mandatory Riders’ Meeting

8:30 am   Opening Ceremony

 

8:45 -9:45 am -All courses are OPEN for practice following opening ceremony 

 

9:45 am All courses CLOSED for cone reset and judge walk through.

 

10:00 am – 12:00 pm Timed skills runs (Riders will run in the order of their competitor number)

Odd numbers start on Course A, even numbers on Course B, then switch).  

 

8:45 am – 2:00 pm Slow ride course is OPEN for COMPETITION

 

ALL OFFICIAL SLOW RIDES MUST BE COMPLETED BY 2:00 pm.

 

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Lunch- courses CLOSED –( B & B Land & Sea Food Truck on site)

 

1:00 pm - Challenge Course walk through.

 

OPEN Challenge Course. (Run order is first come, first serve).

 

3:00 pm (or after final calculations)  K9 Demonstration

 

3:30 pm (or after K9  Demonstration) Closing ceremonies / Prize Drawings / Awards
